Our Return Policy


You, the consumer, can terminate a contract regarding the purchase of a product or products without giving reasons during a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days. The cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer, or third-party representative of the consumer designated in advance by the consumer to act as a recipient of the product, who is not the carrier, has received the product. In the case whereby the consumer has ordered several products that are contained in the same order, the cooling-off period starts on the day on which the consumer, or a third-party representative of the consumer designated in advance by the consumer to act as a recipient of the product, who is not the carrier, has received the last product. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by sending us an email, no later than 14 days after you have received your order, at: orders[at]leafnjoy.com stating your original order number and the items that you wish to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
– for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would soon be exceeded; such as food or plants
– for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations on the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
– for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

– for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods if these were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
– for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.


Shipping returns

After you have submitted your desire to withdraw from your contract with us, please send the goods back to us immediately, in any case, no later than 14 days from the days you informed us of the cancellation of contract. 

To return your product, mail the order to: LEAFnJOY, Heidestrasse 33, Magdeburg, 39112, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you revoke this contract, we have all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you use a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen daysfrom the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
